The Realtor Lab & Sunday Closing, founded by Tracie Jones, a 34-year marketing veteran with deep roots in corporate America, real estate, private wealth, and professional services.
Tracie has been a licensed Realtor since 1993, but early in her real estate journey, she discovered that her true talent was not simply selling homes — it was marketing them.
Her first real estate campaign, created in 1993, was called Signatures of Success. Looking back, Tracie believes that campaign was the Lord’s way of showing her that marketing was the gift He had placed in her hands.
She studied marketing in college, but real estate was where she first saw how powerful the right message, positioning, and campaign could be.
For 12 years, Tracie served as Chief Marketing Officer at Ameriprise, where she led large-scale marketing initiatives and executed growth strategies that supported businesses exceeding $1 billion in revenue.
Over the course of her career, Tracie has built, led, and optimized marketing strategies at the highest level — consistently translating vision into measurable growth. She understands the real estate business model, the psychology of prospective clients, the importance of personal brand, the need for consistent follow-up, and the complexity of standing out in a crowded market.
